If your diet consists of large servings of packaged and processed foods, junk foods and foods that are hard to digest, you may very well be on your way to a leaky gut syndrome disorder. You may want to ease up on those foods and consider a proper leaky gut diet plan. Unfortunately, there is not one single perfect diet plan for everyone. What works for others may not work for you. So listen to your body. Know what your body needs.
Medications and Drugs
- NSAID (Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as Ibuprofen and Aspirin
- Birth Control Pills
People need to use medicines for relief. That’s a given. However, these medications and drugs often come with side effects. These side effects can cause Leaky Gut Syndrome. The best thing to do is to only take these medicines and/or drugs when absolutely necessary. If you can help it, try to take small amounts also.
- Smoking (Nicotine)
Physical, mental and emotional stress. The inability to manage stress can cause leaky gut syndrome. Nicotine is also a known cause.
